Rhombus stands out from other business class seats due to its unique properties and strengths. One of its standout features is the lay-flat sleeping option, a rarity in mechanical business seats. Creating Rhombus required a meticulous and disciplined approach to continuous product improvement techniques. The design team, led by August Wong and the Advanced Design Group, evaluated comfort technologies, engineering part designs, and industrial design builds. By challenging commonly accepted standards and norms, they were able to address existing issues and push the boundaries of business class seat design.

With dimensions of approximately 165 cm wide x 127 cm long x 112 cm high, Rhombus provides ample space for passengers to relax and work during their journey. Its small footprint allows for increased density, maximizing revenue for airlines. Additionally, its lightweight construction contributes to reduced fuel consumption per flight, making it an environmentally friendly choice.

Project Rhombus commenced in January 2015 and was unveiled at AIX 2017 in Hamburg, receiving widespread acclaim. The design team's extensive research and commitment to challenging industry norms resulted in a seat that not only meets the needs of business travelers but also exceeds their expectations.

Recognized for its exceptional design, Rhombus was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Aerospace and Aircraft Design category in 2017.
